Returns & Refunds

At Arizona Sunset Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our coffee is roasted to order and considered a perishable product, some items aren’t eligible for return. Please review the guidelines below.
1) Coffee & Perishable Products
- All coffee sales are final.
- We don’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
2) Merchandise & Non-Perishables
- Apparel, mugs, and other merch may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item.
3) Refunds & Replacements
- If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we’ll either:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
4) How to Start a Request
Email infi@azsunsetcoffee.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) in question
- Reason (damaged, incorrect item, etc.)
- Photos, if applicable
5) Exchanges
- We can’t offer direct exchanges on coffee.
- Want a different blend or roast? Please place a new order.
6) Shipping Issues
- We aren’t responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- If an order shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, please check with your local carrier first, then contact us.
7) Our Commitment
Your satisfaction matters. While we can’t accept returns on roasted coffee, we will always do our best to resolve issues quickly and fairly so every cup reflects the care and purpose behind Arizona Sunset Coffee.
