📦 Arizona Sunset Coffee Shipping Policy

At Arizona Sunset Coffee, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with the same care we put into every roast. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines and expectations.


Processing Times

  • All coffee orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If there are delays (such as seasonal demand or supply chain issues), we will notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can check your order status anytime using the tracking number provided.


Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email].

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package leaves our facility.
